Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food products:

  • No returns or refunds will be accepted for opened packages.

  • We do not accept returns for a change of mind.

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@kultchocolate.com with photos and order details.

Refunds or replacements (if approved) will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
